Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Image to Video Studio website, applications, AI video generation tools, subscriptions, credits, and related services at imagetovideo.studio (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated video tools is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including prompts, uploads, purchases, and generated outputs.

AI Video Generation

Image to Video Studio provides tools for image-to-video, text-to-video, and reference-based video generation. AI outputs may be imperfect, unexpected, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing, sharing, or using it commercially.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit and outputs generated for you, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and store your prompts, uploads, and outputs only as needed to operate, secure, improve, moderate, and support the Service.

Acceptable Use Policy

Our standalone Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms and provides additional details about prohibited uses of the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, third-party right, privacy right, or intellectual property right
• Upload, generate, request, share, promote, or otherwise use the Service for any NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, sexually oriented, pornographic, or adult content of any kind, including AI-generated content
• Upload or generate content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, abuse, harassment, hateful conduct, self-harm, violence, or other harmful, abusive, or unlawful material
• Create, request, or distribute deepfakes, face swaps, face manipulation, non-consensual likeness use, or deceptive identity-based media
• Impersonate others, create deceptive content, or distribute misleading media without appropriate disclosure
• Upload content you do not have permission to use, including content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights
• Reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, or abuse the Service, provider integrations, or platform APIs
• Bypass moderation, billing, rate limits, security controls, or usage restrictions
• Attempt to generate content that would violate the usage policies of our AI, hosting, storage, payment, or infrastructure providers

This prohibition applies to all prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and content shared through or in connection with the Service.

We may block or remove prohibited content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Billing, Plans, and Credits

Paid subscriptions and credit packs are processed through Stripe or another disclosed payment processor. Prices, included credits, generation costs, feature availability, and renewal terms may vary by plan and are shown at checkout or on the pricing page. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable after processing. You are responsible for keeping billing information current.

Intellectual Property

The Service, website, brand assets, software, designs, and documentation are owned by Image to Video Studio or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by these Terms.

Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party AI, hosting, storage, analytics, payment, and email providers. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our control.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or other users, failed to pay, or used the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific creative results, legal suitability, or that generated content will meet every requirement for your use case.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image to Video Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
