This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") explains the rules for using the Image to Video Studio website, applications, AI generation tools, and related services at imagetovideo.studio (the "Service"). This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not upload, generate, request, share, promote, distribute, or otherwise use the Service to process:

• Any NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, sexually oriented, pornographic, or adult content of any kind, including AI-generated content
• Any content involving minors in a sexual, exploitative, abusive, dangerous, or otherwise inappropriate context
• Non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, abuse, harassment, hateful conduct, self-harm, graphic violence, or other harmful or unlawful material
• Deepfakes, face swaps, face manipulation, non-consensual likeness use, deceptive identity-based media, or content intended to impersonate another person
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights, or content you do not have permission to use
• Deceptive, fraudulent, misleading, malicious, or unlawful content or activity

These restrictions apply to all prompts, uploads, reference files, generated outputs, and content shared through or in connection with the Service.

Prohibited Service Abuse

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, disrupt, or abuse the Service, provider integrations, or platform APIs
• Bypass or attempt to bypass moderation, billing, rate limits, security controls, access restrictions, or usage limits
• Use automation or technical measures to conceal prohibited activity or evade enforcement
• Attempt to generate content that violates the policies of our AI, hosting, storage, payment, or infrastructure providers

Enforcement

We may review, block, reject, restrict, or remove content that violates this Policy. We may also limit features or suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations. Enforcement decisions may be based on automated systems, human review, reports, provider requirements, or applicable law.
